Refunds 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Do not try to steal or undermine the business by saying a package was not received or providing false claims to receive additional products. You will be banned and blocked from purchasing or engaging with “Starred Sweetie“

Once an item is shipped, it is required for YOU to keep track of the package, a tracking number will be provided. "Starred Sweetie" is not liable for lost/stolen packages. All information regarding the location of your package will be provided by said carrier. 

Returns

An item will be eligible for return within 24 hours after receiving the product, in that time you should have inspected the package for any damages to the product. If the outer box is damaged please contact carrier for more info. If the tag is missing from the product or the product is soiled/torn it will NOT be processed for an exchange. 

Additional notes

I will never steal or try to scam you. Please be diligent and aware of how you use social media. I expect same actions from anyone purchasing from my store. I will never deny or discriminate  anyone purchasing from my store and if YOU are purchasing from my store i expect you to treat others just the same. Lets all embark on our ethereal journey 🫧🩰 no bullying, drama or hate will be advertised by Starred Sweetie. Starred Sweetie reserves the right to refuse business with anyone once it does not align with said values.
