Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any attempt to file false claims such as stating a package was not received or providing misleading information to obtain additional products will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in an immediate ban and block from purchasing or engaging with "Starred Sweetie."

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes your responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking number. "Starred Sweetie" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any inquiries regarding the location of your package, please refer to the carrier's tracking information.

Returns

An item will be eligible for return within 24 hours after receiving the product, in that time you should have inspected the package for any damages to the product. If the outer box is damaged please contact carrier for more info. If the tag is missing from the product or the product is soiled, torn or damaged in any way not stated, it will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
